We're sharing the latest construction updates for June:

Building 4, Section 1:

• Installation of porcelain stoneware flooring in the basement common areas (common-use areas);
• Installation of electrical panels in apartments completed; electricity meters are being installed;
• Installation of glass façades – 72 sq m.

Building 4, Section 2:

Façade installation – 250 sq m.

Building 4, Section 3:

• Decorative plaster application in the common areas on the 11th floor;
• Apartment electrical panel installation – 50% complete;
• Underground waste container system installed near Building 4.

Building 6, Section 1:

• Heating pipe installation completed on the first two floors;
• Floor screed completed on the first two floors.

Building 6, Section 2:

• Façade works: brackets for balcony basket mounts completed;
• Thermal insulation – 80 sq m;
• Reinforcement layer – 450 sq m;
• Decorative finish and painting – 150 sq m.

Building 5, Section 3:

• Window installation: structures delivered; installation of window frames underway on the 3rd floor. Inner Courtyard:

• Installation of the construction site fence separating the landscaping area near Building 3;
• Preparatory works for finishing Transformer Substation TP5;
• Reinforcement completed; formwork installation in progress;
• Landscaping of the inner courtyard near the building is 80% complete, including the installation of an automatic irrigation system.
