Sharing the latest construction site updates for September:

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Porcelain stoneware flooring in the lobby has been completed;

• Porcelain stoneware wall finishing in the lobby is in progress;

• Installation of plasterboard ceilings has been completed;

• Wall finishing in the common areas on the 2nd floor is in progress;

• Façade works are 95% complete.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Wall finishing in the common areas on the residential floors has been completed;

• Façade works in the stairwell and elevator areas are 95% complete.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Porcelain stoneware wall finishing in the lobby is in progress;

• Installation of plasterboard ceilings has been completed;

• Façade works on the electrical substation premises are 75% complete;

• Landscaping works have commenced.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• Façade works are ongoing;

• Thermal insulation is 100% complete;

• Textured finish application is 75% complete;

• Clinker-style painting is 35% complete;

• Masonry works on the ground floor have been completed;

• Brickwork is 95% complete.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• Installation of doors in the unheated passageways is 80% complete;

• Floor screed has been completed from the 3rd to the 12th floor;

• Protective cappings have been installed on the roof parapets and rooftop technical premises;

• Masonry works on the ground floor are 90% complete.

Building No. 5, Section 3:

• Window installation from the 3rd to the 8th floor is 100% complete;

• Window installation from the 9th to the 13th floor is 50% complete.

Courtyard:

• Installation of external water supply and sewerage networks for Building No. 6 has commenced. Sewerage outlets for Section 6.2 have been completed.

Children’s Playground:

• Soil backfilling between the retaining walls has been completed, tunnels have been installed, and preparatory works for the installation of playground structures have been carried out.
