The Park Lake City suburban business-class development by DIM Group has won the “Residential Complex of the Year (Completed)” award at the leading architectural and development competition “Creator of the Year 2025.”

The awards ceremony took place on June 4, 2025, during the annual Ukrainian Construction Congress held at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center in Kyiv.

This year, more than 300 projects were submitted to the competition. The winners were selected by an independent jury and a qualification committee composed of Ukraine’s leading architects: Viktor Kudin, Dmytro Vasyliev, Yulian Chaplinskyi, Dmytro Aranchii, Marko Savytskyi, Anna Iskierdo, Andrii Myrhorodskyi, and others.
