The DIM company announces the launch of a financial guarantee program for OLEGIV Boutique Residence, a complex that combines modern comfort and the cultural heritage of ancient Podil.

Thanks to the received targeted financing for the development of its projects and the successful experience of implementing such a program in the A136 Highlight Tower complex, the DIM company offers two unique financial programs:

• Guarantee of readiness. We guarantee the completion of construction of OLEGIV Boutique Residence in the 2nd quarter of 2026. In case of failure to meet the stated deadlines, the company will pay investors compensation in the amount of 0.03% of the invested funds for each day of delay.

• Flexible payment terms. The down payment is only 10%. Another 40% of the cost is paid by the buyer according to an individual schedule until the house is ready in the 2nd quarter of 2026. The remaining 50% can be paid within two years after putting the house into operation in installments convenient for the investor.
