• Floor tiling installation – 100%;
• Ceiling installation with cuboid slats in MZK – 100%;
• MZK lighting – 70%;
• Entrance group façade installation and façade lighting – 70%.

Building №3, Section 2:

• Lobby finishing works continue, suspended ceiling installation with drywall;
• Plumbing works in the lobby – 100%;
• Floor tiling installation – 80%;
• Entrance group façade installation and façade lighting – 60%.

Building №3, Section 3:

• Lobby finishing works continue, suspended ceiling installation with drywall – 60%;
• Floor tiling installation – 100%;
• Plumbing works in the lobby – 100%;
• Entrance group façade installation and façade lighting – 60%;
• Ceiling installation with cuboid slats in MZK – 60%.

Works on the construction of the distribution point continue, masonry works completed – 100%.

Waterproofing works of the underground part – 100% and roofing – 90% are in progress.

Works on the installation of the parking floor in building №3 continue – 95%.

Works on landscaping Zone 1 and Zone 2 continue.

Building №4, Section 1:

• Brickwork in the basement – 100%.

Building №4, Sections 4, 5:

• Works on the installation of monolithic parking structures and retaining walls are ongoing.
