Sharing the latest news from the construction site for July:

Building No. 3:

• sewer pipe installation works 0.4kV - 100%.

Building No. 3, section 1:

• laying ceramic tile on floors and walls in CWC on the 33rd and 34th floors;
• continuing decorative plaster application in CWC.

Building No. 3, section 2:

• decorative plaster application in CWC - 80%;
• ceramic tile installation on balconies;
• installation of the last 2 elevators - 100%.

Building No. 3, section 3:

• decorative plastering of walls (without painting) from the 17th to the 18th floor.
• Ceramic tile cladding is actively ongoing in CWC, work is being done from the 18th to the 34th floor. Overall completion - 55%.

Parking CWC No. 3:

waterproofing works on the parking slab continue: bonding, lightweight concrete pouring, membrane installation, drainage membrane and geotextile, protection plate and concrete reinforcement. Completion - 79%.

Building No. 4, section 1:

• parapet roof works continue;
• bricklaying of walls from the 32nd to the 33rd floor - 50%;
• ventilation blocks installation - 100%;
• window structures installed from the 3rd to the 14th floor and from the 17th to the 22nd floor.

Building No. 4, section 2:

• staircase construction - 100%;
• bricklaying of walls on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th floors in progress.

Building No. 4, section 3:

• bricklaying of walls from the 1st to the 11th floor - 100%.

Building No. 4, section 5:

• ventilation blocks installation completed up to the 5th floor - 100%.

Parking CWC No. 4:

• waterproofing works on piles, pile caps and slab continue;
• installation of fencing and pile caps, gravel backfill, subballast, reinforcement and concrete laying of the parking slab;
• works ongoing for the vertical structures of the parking and the slab decking.
