We are sharing the latest construction updates for February:

Building No.3, Section 1:

• Installation of heating radiators on the 20th-22nd floors;
• 85% of boilers installed;
• Installation of freight elevators started, 50% completed;
• Common area finishing works have begun;
• Ongoing work on air duct installation and fire protection.

Building No.3, Section 2:

• 90% of balcony railings installed;
• 65% of LMM facade repairs completed;
• Preparatory work for common area finishing is underway.

Building No.3, Section 3:

• 82% of balcony railings installed;
• 40% of LMM facade repairs completed;
• Ongoing work on air duct installation and fire protection;
• Ongoing work on pipeline thermal insulation.

Parking of Building No.3:

• Preparation for the start of roofing works for the parking structure;
• The landscaping concept has been approved, and working documentation is being developed.

Building No.4, Section 1:

• Monolithic frame work on the 33rd floor in progress;
• Stair flights installed in one riser up to the 30th floor inclusive;
• Ventilation blocks installed up to the 23rd floor inclusive.

Building No.4, Section 2:

• Vertical structures and horizontal slab of the 5th floor completed;
• Monolithic frame work on the 6th floor in progress.

Building No.4, Section 3:

• Monolithic frame completed from the 1st to the 15th floor, vertical structures of the 16th floor completed;
• Brickwork of walls from the 2nd to the 7th floor completed – 70%. Work on the 8th floor in progress, 70% done.

Building No.4, Section 5:

• Reinforcement of the 16th floor vertical structures completed, formwork for the horizontal slab installed;
• Stair flight installation completed by 25%;
• Brickwork of walls from the 1st to the 2nd floor completed – 90%. Work in progress on the 3rd-5th floors, 45% completed.

Parking of Building No.4:

• Construction of the tie beam for the retaining wall RM 14 – 90% completed;
• Piling works – 98% completed;
• Excavation and soil removal continue.

External Networks:

• 88% of the relocation of the 10 kV cable line completed;
• A tender process is underway to select a design organization for gas supply design for Building No.4.
