The progress of construction in "Metropolis" in September 2022

At the beginning of autumn, the construction of the cozy Comfort+ class complex "Metropolis", located next to the VDNG Park and the Holosiiv Forest, made significant progress.

In September 2022, the following works were performed at the Metropolis construction site:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• arrangement of internal brick walls from the 3rd to the 34th floor - 95%;

• completed works on laying heating pipelines for apartments - 92%;

• installation of fire valves by apartment - 95%;

• digitization of the openings of the passage of engineering communications in apartments and MZK - 100%;

• laying of electrical networks (horizontal) for supplying apartments and boilers, MZK - 80%;

• placement of NVF - 50%;

• arrangement of SPOK - 15%;

• arrangement of the roof - 40%;

• decoration of the walls of the elevator shaft - 100%.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• arrangement of internal brick walls from the 3rd to the 11th floor - 90%;

• completed works on laying heating pipelines for apartments - 100%;

• installation of a cement-sand screed floor - 100%;

• digitization of the openings of the passage of engineering communications in apartments and MZK - 100%;

• laying of electrical networks (horizontal) for supplying apartments and boilers, MZK - 97%;

• placement of NVF - 80%;

• arrangement of SPOK - 90%;

• arrangement of LMM of the building - 40%;

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• arrangement of internal brick walls from the 3rd to the 34th floor - 99%;

• installation of fire valves per apartment - 99%;

• installation of a cement-sand screed floor - 80%;

• digitization of the openings of the passage of engineering communications in apartments and MZK - 99%;

• laying of electrical networks (horizontal) for supplying apartments and boilers, MZK - 99%;

• placement of NVF - 90%;

• arrangement of SPOK - 95%;

• decoration of the walls of the elevator shaft - 100%;

• laying tiles on the floor in MZK - 30%.

Railway station parking lot No. 3:

• Arrangement of s/b structures:

• Pylons - 100%;

• Floor slab - 100%;

• Cover plate - 90%;

• Arrangement of cement-sand screed of technical premises - 100%.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Arrangement of s/b structures:

• Floor slab 11-12 floor;

• Reinforcement of floor slabs on the 13th floor;

Railway station parking lot No. 3, 3rd starting point:

1. Pylons - 50%;

2. Floor slab - 95%

3. Cover plate - 50%.

4. Installation of grills - 15%
