LUCKY LAND by DIM is under construction. The final works on the completion of the construction of the 3rd building are being carried out. The 4th building is under active construction. We are increasing the pace of construction for 5 and 6 houses.

We share a detailed report from the construction site for June:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• connecting the house to the city water supply network;
• work on the installation of external ETR networks is being carried out;
• arrangement of equipment of basement premises;
• arranging the equipment of the entrance group;
• installation of pumping equipment and water metering unit;
• arrangement of common areas, staircases;
• arrangement of ventilation and smoke removal systems;
• installation of fire alarm systems;
• installation of a fire splinker fire extinguishing pumping station;
• installation of splinker fire extinguishing systems;
• installation of equipment in switchboards;
• installation of ceramic tiles in MZK;
• installation of apartment doors;

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• installation of ceramic tiles in the MZK, stairwells;

Building No. 3, Section 3:

Improvement of railroad No. 3:

• landscaping along building No. 3;
• preparatory works for landscaping and entrance groups from the side of the courtyard.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• preparatory work on the installation of risers and apartment wiring of systems B1, B2;
• preparatory works for the arrangement of risers and K1, K2 systems.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• arrangement of facades;
• finishing works on technical superstructures and ventilation shafts on the roof are being carried out.

Building 4, external networks:

• arrangement of external networks B1, K1, K2.

Building 5, section 1, 2:

• Monolithic work on the vertical structures of the 6th floor continues.

Railway parking lot No. 5:

• preparatory work for the installation of the foundation slab.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• arrangement of parapets and technical superstructures on the roof;
• installation of ventilation units;
• laying of internal walls and partitions, 13th and 14th floors;
• arrangement of masonry ventilation shafts on the roof.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• completed works on the arrangement of brickwork of internal walls and partitions on floors 4-14.
