The beginning of autumn at the construction site of the Lucky Land comfort-class complex, which is located next to an ancient forest and a modern shopping center, was as fruitful as possible.

In September 2022, the following works were performed at the Lucky Land construction site:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Execution of works on installation of external networks B1, K1, K2;
• Landscaping near the sales department;
• Arrangement of equipment of basement premises;
• Installation of ceramic tiles on cold passages and stairwells of evacuation exits;
• Installation of a folded roof on the terraces.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Arrangement of equipment of basement premises;
• Installation of ceramic tiles on cold passages and stairwells of evacuation exits;
• Installation of a folded roof on the terraces.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Arrangement of equipment of basement premises;
• Installation of facades.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Installation of facades;
• Execution of works on the arrangement of decoration of technical superstructures and ventilation shafts on the roof;
• Carrying out preparatory work on the installation of elevator equipment.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Installation of facades;
• Execution of works on the arrangement of decoration of technical superstructures and ventilation shafts on the roof.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Installation of facades;
• Execution of works on the arrangement of decoration of technical superstructures and ventilation shafts on the roof.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• Execution of works on the installation of brickwork on the 10th floor.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• Execution of bricklaying works from the 3rd to the 13th floor.
