Construction progress of A136 Highlight Tower for May 2025:

• The floor screeding on floors 6-32 is completed – 100%. Currently, work is ongoing on the 33rd floor;
• Plastering works on walls on floors 32 and 33 are in progress;
• Wall and floor finishing works for MZK (gypsum plasterboard installation and ceramic tiling) on floors 6-31 are completed at 95%;
• Plastering works on brick walls of technical rooms and MZK -2 and -1 floors are at 45%;
• Installation of staircase railings is at 95%;
• Works are ongoing for the installation of plumbing networks on -1 and -2 floors, as well as the installation of equipment for the water supply pump station;
• Electrical installation works in the parking lot (-1 and -2 floors) are in progress;
• Installation of smoke exhaust valves on MZK from 8th to 31st floors is completed, work is ongoing from 32nd to 33rd floors;
• Facade cladding of the 1st and 2nd podiums (insulation, installation of decorative travertine stone) is at 97%, finishing works on the second podium are nearing completion;
• Facade lighting works on the podium and high-rise part of the building (installation of light fixtures) from 1st to 33rd floors in axes 1-22 /A-P are at 97%;
• Passenger elevator installation is at 30%, work is ongoing for the installation of passenger elevators in the residential part;
• Entrance door installation in apartments from the 6th to the 31st floors is completed, work is ongoing on the 7th, 32nd, and 33rd floors;
• Installation of doors for technical rooms of MZK and fire doors for stairwell vestibules from the 6th to the 31st floors is completed, work is currently underway on the 32nd and 33rd floors;
• Installation of access hatches for engineering network niches from the 6th to the 31st floors is completed, work is ongoing on the 32nd and 33rd floors;
• Hydro insulation of the parking lot and preparatory work for the improvement of the central entrance group along Antonovycha Street.
