Construction progress of A136 Highlight Tower for July 2025:

• Plastering works of brick walls of technical rooms and MEP of the 2nd and 1st floors - 75% completed.
• Work continues on finishing coating, decoration of walls of MEP with decorative plaster (marble) on the 12th, 20th, 22nd, 28th, 30th floors.
• Installation of suspended ceilings (cub-rail) from the 6th to the 33rd floor - 30% completed.
• Installation of stair rails - 99% completed.
• Electrical installation works from the 1st to the 33rd floor and in the parking lot - 98%, currently installing lights and LED strips in MEP.
• Smoke removal system in the parking lot (axes 1-22/A-M, -2 and -1 floors) - 80%. Fans are currently being installed on the roof.
• Installation of ventilated facade at the entrance to the parking lot - 80% completed.
• Installation of sand preparation for landscaping - 80% completed.
• Installation of subsystems and cladding of stylobate with natural stone (Travertine).
• Continued installation works of the automatic irrigation system.
• Installation of wet facade of the roof.
