Construction progress at BFC A136 Highlight Tower for February 2022

The A136 Highlight Tower complex is located in the very heart of the capital at the intersection of the city's business and cultural arteries. The first premium class living in Ukraine is planned on the fifth floor of the elite BFK A136 Highlight Tower. Also, all residents of the building will have access to a co-working space, a cinema, a game room, an open terrace with a cafe, where you can enjoy the panorama of the entire city in the morning light or the rays of the evening sun.

In February 2022, the following works were performed at the construction site of BFC A136 Highlight Tower:

• The floor slab of the 17th floor has been installed - 45%;

• 80% of the vertical elements of the walls and columns on the 17th floor have been installed;

• Brickwork from -2 to 13 floors - 70%;

• Plumbing works from -2nd to 13th floor were completed - 35%;

• Completed electrical installation work from -2 to 13 floors - 35%;

• The smoke removal system of floors -2 and -1 was completed - 45%;

• The ventilation system of floors -2 and -1 was completed - 35%;

• The automatic fire extinguishing system was implemented from -2 to 4 floors - 75%;

• Plastering of technical premises and MZK -2 and -1 floors was completed - 50%;

• 70% of window structures from the 6th to the 11th floor have been installed;

• 70% of double-glazed windows of window structures from the 6th to the 11th floor have been installed;

• 55% of SPOK stained glass systems from the 6th to the 11th floor have been installed;

• 49% of glass panes of stained glass systems from the 6th to the 11th floor have been installed;

• The roof is arranged on the 5th, 2nd and 3rd floor stylobates - 40%.

The following works are performed:

• Concreting of vertical elements on the 17th floor;

• Preparation for concreting the floor slab of the 17th floor;

• Brickwork of walls from the 10th to the 13th floor;

• Plumbing works on the installation of water pipes, sewerage and drainage systems;

• Electrical works from -2nd to 13th floor;

• Installation of smoke removal and fire extinguishing from -2nd to 5th floor;

• Installation of ventilation systems on -2 and -1 floors;

• Plastering works on -2 and -1 floors;

• Furnishing works in the parking lot and technical premises on -1 and -2 floors;

• Installation of window systems from the 6th to the 12th floor;

• Installation of stained glass systems from the 6th to the 12th floor;

• Preparatory work has begun on the installation of office elevators from the 1st to the 5th floor;

• Installation of ventilation ducts and staircases.
